Roles

What an owner, an admin and a member may do in Justwon, and who may connect a tool.

The three roles

Every person in a workspace has one role. The role decides what they can change.

RoleWhat it may do
OwnerEverything an admin can do, and three things only the owner can: delete the workspace, hand it over, and manage other admins.
AdminInvites and removes people, changes roles, edits workspace settings.
MemberWorks in the workspace. Cannot change who is in it or how it is set up.

The descriptions are the ones Justwon shows next to each role.

Invite people and change roles

Open Settings, then the Members tab. Type an email address in Invite someone to this workspace to send an invitation. A role can be changed in the Role column. Only the owner can change another admin's role.

Who may connect a tool

A connection is either Team-wide or Personal. The Integrations page shows which.

ConnectionWho may connect itWho may disconnect it
Team-wide: HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, Intercom, your database and most other systemsAn owner or an adminAn owner or an admin
Personal: a mailbox, a calendar or a call recorder, such as Outlook mail and Outlook CalendarAny member, for their own accountThe member who connected it, or an owner or an admin

A team-wide connection belongs to the workspace. When the person who connected it leaves, an admin takes it over. A personal connection belongs to one person and stops when that person leaves the workspace.

A member who opens a team-wide tool on the Integrations page sees Ask an admin instead of Connect.

Who sets how far the agent may go

The autonomy level of the workspace is on the Agents tab of Settings. A new workspace starts at Assess. Justwon switches on the higher levels with you, so the controls for them are off for owners and admins. The analysis level, which sets how deeply Justwon works out things about the people at your customers, can be changed by owners and admins. See what the agent does.
