Before you start
- In Justwon: you must be an owner or an admin of the workspace. A Gong connection belongs to the whole workspace. See Roles.
- Your credential: In Gong, an administrator opens the API page of the company settings and creates an access key and its secret. You enter them together as access_key:access_key_secret. If the API page shows a base URL other than https://api.gong.io, add it after a space.
Connect
- Sign in to https://app.justwon.ai and open Integrations.
- Open the Available tab, find Gong and select it. Its card says Connect.
- Paste the credential from Gong into the field, then select Connect.
Justwon starts its first read as soon as the connection is made, and keeps reading on a schedule until you disconnect.
What Justwon reads
Justwon reads the calls recorded in Gong, with their transcripts and call details, and the list of Gong users.
What Justwon may do
Nothing. Justwon only reads from Gong; it never changes anything there.
Permissions

Disconnect
- Open Integrations and the Connected tab, and select the Gong connection.
- Open the Configuration tab. Under Disconnecting, select the button for Gong, then select Disconnect.
Reading stops and the connection is removed. What stays and what goes is the same for every tool: see Where your data is held. Remove the key or token you created in Gong too, so nothing is left that could be used.
If the connection does not finish
- Gong says the credential is wrong. Create it again and paste it without spaces before or after. Check that it belongs to an account that can see the data Justwon reads.
- The connection stops later and asks you to reconnect. The credential was removed or has expired. Select the connection and reconnect it with a new one. The configuration and everything already read are kept. See a connection that is stuck.
